Data Deletion

At Davao Computer Trade-in Express (DCTE), we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of all data associated with your account at any time.
What Data We Store
When you sign in with Google or Facebook, we store:
- Your name and email address
- Profile picture URL (from your social login provider)
- Login history (first login, last login, login count)
- Any orders placed using your account
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, contact us through any of the following methods:
- Send an email to joannamasarieta1@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
- Message us on our Facebook page with your data deletion request.
- Call us at 0995 653 3350 or 0915 350 2729 during business hours.
What Happens After Your Request
- We will verify your identity to protect against unauthorized deletion requests.
- Your account data (name, email, profile, login history) will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Order records may be retained for up to 5 years for legal and accounting compliance, but all personally identifiable information will be anonymized.
- You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Facebook Data Deletion
If you signed in using Facebook and wish to remove the connection between your Facebook account and DCTE:
- Go to your Facebook App Settings.
- Find DCTE Store in the list of apps.
- Click Remove to revoke access.
- Contact us using the methods above to delete the data already stored on our servers.
